In order to improve the professional ability of employees in water treatment, Taiwan Water Company established an employee training park in Sinying, Tainan, which includes traditional water purification equipment, advanced water purification equipment, as well as a training and practice field for piping and leak detection. This is Taiwan's first international tap water treatment park. In addition to cultivating professional tap water talents for Taiwan Water, it also cooperates with the country's New Southbound Policy to assist Southeast Asian and friendly countries in training tap water practitioners and promote national diplomacy.
