Protect R.O. membrane, remove suspended solids in water, hardness, residual chlorine, iron, etc.

Nowadays, the industry mostly uses pressure filtration for pretreatment of pure water. Quartz sand is used to filter solids and suspended solids in water. Softening resin is used to exchange calcium and magnesium ions in water. Activated carbon is used to absorb residual chlorine in water, and manganese is used. Sand filtration to remove iron ions from water.

A good pre-treatment system can ensure the normal operation of the back-end pure water system and improve the reliability of the system operation.

  • Compound bed sand filter system: can remove suspended solids above 30um~50um

  • Soft water system: can remove calcium and magnesium ions in water to below 10ppm

  • Iron removal system: can remove metal substances in groundwater to less than 1ppm

  • Activated carbon dechlorination system: can reduce residual chlorine in tap water to below 0.1ppm
