Solutions

From ppt-level semiconductor ultrapure water to PIC/S-compliant pharmaceutical water, plant wastewater and reuse — six fields of practice, every system configured to its source water and process demand.

01 / Semiconductor UPW

Semiconductor ultrapure water

Ultra-high-purity specifications with trace boron and heavy-metal control, supplying stable water to semiconductor processes. Pre-treatment, two-pass RO, CEDI, 185 nm UV photolysis, mixed-bed polishing and 20 nm final ultrafiltration, carried in semiconductor-grade piping throughout.

  • 18.2 MΩ·cm — the theoretical limitThe upper bound for pure water at 25 °C.
  • Trace impurity controlTOC below 1 ppb, heavy metal ions below 1 ppt, particles rated to 20 nm.
  • High-purity PVDF / PFA pipingSeamless fusion welding that eliminates secondary contamination and dead legs.

02 / Pharmaceutical DI

Pharmaceutical-grade DI water

Built to EU PIC/S requirements, with hot-water sanitisation supported across the whole system. Activated carbon, HSRO and the 85 °C-rated CEDI module can all be thermally sanitised, holding bacteria counts at zero over long periods.

  • 85 °C hot-water sanitisationFull-train sanitisation without chemical agents.
  • SUS316L sanitary pipingTo BPE standard, joined by orbital welding so the line carries no dead legs.
  • DQ / IQ / OQ documentationA complete construction and validation package to PIC/S requirements.

03 / Industrial Clean Water

Industrial clean water

RO-based systems producing continuously and stably for high-temperature, high-volume plant demand. Options include a CEDI train that needs no acid-alkali regeneration, and SCR inline heating to hold terminal water temperature.

  • No acid-alkali regenerationElectrodeionization replaces resin regeneration — safer to run and cheaper to maintain.
  • High-temperature supplySCR inline heating with precision control holds terminal water above 50 °C.
  • 24/7 uninterrupted operationFully automatic control with redundancy and early-warning alarms.

04 / Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater treatment

Efficient treatment of industrial wastewater to compliant discharge, helping plants meet environmental regulation and ESG commitments. Lamella clarification and chemical dosing are selected to suit the effluent, balancing performance against footprint.

  • Compliant dischargeProcess and monitoring points designed against the applicable discharge standard.
  • Compact footprintLamella settling greatly reduces basin area for the same throughput.

05 / Water Recycling

Water recycling & reuse

Raising the reuse rate across the plant to cut water cost and meet sustainability targets. UF, NF and RO are combined to reach the recovery rate and water grade the reuse point requires.

  • Graded recoveryReclaimed water is graded by end use, avoiding the energy cost of over-treating.
  • Lower intake and dischargeCutting both purchased-water cost and the load on effluent treatment.

06 / Food & Beverage

Food & beverage water

Strict hygienic standards with multi-stage filtration and sterilisation for food-safe water. Piping follows 3A sanitary practice in SUS316, fully cleanable and sanitisable.

  • Sanitary piping design3A-compliant fittings in SUS316, preventing pooling and biofilm.
  • Multi-stage filtration and sterilisationFiltration rating and sterilisation method matched to the product.

Water Quality Grades

RO / DI / UPW

Processes differ enormously in the grade they need, and cost climbs steeply with it. Establish the grade the process actually requires before discussing system configuration.

RO

Reverse Osmosis Water

An RO membrane removes most dissolved salts and organics — the starting point for every higher grade.

  • Resistivityapprox. 0.05M~1.0MΩ·cm
  • Conductivity≤ 20 μS/cm

DI

Deionized Water

Ion-exchange resin or an CEDI module after RO raises resistivity close to the theoretical value.

  • Resistivity1.0M~18.2MΩ·cm
  • Conductivity1.0~0.055 μS/cm

UPW

Ultrapure Water

TOC, dissolved oxygen, trace metals and nanoparticles are controlled together, bringing the water to a grade the semiconductor industry can use.

  • Resistivity18.2 MΩ·cm
